LiTE-HAUS Postcard September 2019 Front.jpg

The mission of LiTE-HAUS Galerie + Projektraum is to encourage cross cultural communication by connecting people through collaborative art.

The goal of the exhibitions, events, projects, and workshops presented addresses various environmental issues. The definition of "environmental" goes beyond ecological concerns and involves the diverse cultural environment of modern cities. Berlin is a mosaic of ethnicities, religions, and economic classes. Like many large metropolitan cities it's diversity is both energizing, yet sometimes polarizing.

LiTE-HAUS addresses provocative issues using art and culture as a tool for building bridges. Through international collaborations and pushing the boundaries of art’s definition we bring people together and encourage conversation; something we feel is much needed in modern Germany.

By forming a network with global partners in we present the work of international artists and offer our community an opportunity to expand their knowledge of art.

Debbie Davies founded this non-profit organization in Neukölln, Berlin in 2015 and LiTE-HAUS opened its doors in 2016. The space is also her atelier and is open to the public Tuesday to Saturday
